1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyConquests application, website and related services. By creating or using an account, and by accepting these Terms in the application, you agree to them and to the Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who may use MyConquests
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyConquests. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms. You must not use MyConquests where doing so would violate applicable law.
3. Beta and non-commercial status
MyConquests is currently provided as a non-commercial beta project. Features may change, malfunction, be unavailable or be removed while the service is developed. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the beta when reasonably necessary.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your device, email account and MyConquests credentials secure. You must not access another person's account without permission, impersonate another person, or use false information for abusive or deceptive purposes.
5. Private records
MyConquests allows you to create private personal records about your own experiences. You decide what information to enter. The availability of a field does not mean that you automatically have a legal right to record, upload or share information about another person.
You should minimise unnecessary identifying information, use nicknames where appropriate and treat information concerning another person's relationships, sex life, health, identity and private life with particular care.
6. Your content
"User Content" includes text, photographs, profile information, entries, ratings, notes, Stories and other material you provide through MyConquests. You remain responsible for your User Content.
You retain your rights in User Content. You grant MyConquests only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host, process, reproduce, transmit and display that content for the purpose of operating the features you choose to use. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited technical backups, safety records or legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Photos, images and third-party rights
You may upload only photographs and other material that you are legally entitled to possess, use, store and, where applicable, share. You are responsible for obtaining any rights, permissions or consents required by applicable law.
You must not upload or share intimate or sexually explicit imagery of another person without that person's permission. You must not use photographs or other material in a way that infringes privacy, image rights, confidentiality, copyright or other rights.
8. Information about other people
Some MyConquests features allow you to record information relating to people who are not users of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such information is lawful and appropriate.
You must not use MyConquests to stalk, harass, threaten, blackmail, dox, maliciously identify, shame, humiliate, defame or target another person, or to facilitate discrimination, exploitation, abuse or violence.
9. Sharing and Stories
When you use a sharing feature, you choose the recipient and the content made available. Before sharing information about another person, consider whether you have the right to disclose it and whether disclosure could unreasonably affect that person's privacy, dignity or safety.
Recipients must not redistribute private material received through MyConquests where doing so violates these Terms, another person's rights or applicable law.
10. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use MyConquests to create, upload, transmit, share or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or sexual content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation;
- credible threats, incitement to violence, blackmail or coercion;
- harassment, stalking, bullying, doxxing or targeted humiliation;
- hateful or discriminatory abuse;
- malicious impersonation, fraud or deception;
- unlawful disclosure of personal or confidential information;
- content that infringes copyright, privacy, image rights or other rights;
- malware, attempts to compromise the service, spam or abusive automation;
- pornographic or sexually explicit content shared through social features; or
- other content or conduct that is unlawful or creates a serious risk to another person's rights or safety.
The more detailed Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
11. Reporting, blocking and moderation
MyConquests may provide in-app tools to report content or users and to block other users. You must not knowingly make false or abusive reports.
We may review credible reports, restrict access to content, remove content, prevent interactions, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve limited evidence needed to investigate abuse, and take other proportionate steps to protect users and the service. Serious unlawful activity may be referred to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

12. Enforcement and account termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, unlawful activity, threats to users or service security, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice.
You may stop using MyConquests at any time and may delete your account.
13. Account deletion
MyConquests provides an in-app account-deletion mechanism and an external deletion page. For security, confirmation or reauthentication may be required. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated active user data, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual property
The MyConquests software, branding, interface and original materials remain the property of their respective owner. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application, source code or branding to you. You may not copy, redistribute, commercially exploit or misrepresent MyConquests except where permitted by law or expressly authorised.
15. Availability and backups
Because MyConquests is a beta, uninterrupted operation and permanent preservation of data cannot be guaranteed. You should not rely on the service as the only permanent storage location for information that is important to you.
16. No professional advice
Statistics, ratings and other outputs are based on information users provide and are for personal informational purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, financial or other professional advice.
17. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for your use of MyConquests and for User Content you choose to enter, upload, store or share.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyConquests is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for unlawful, unauthorised, misleading or abusive content created or shared by users where liability can lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms as the beta develops, functionality changes, store requirements evolve or legal obligations change. Material changes may require you to accept an updated version before continuing to use social or content-sharing features.
If MyConquests later becomes operated by a company or other legal entity, the Terms and Privacy Policy will be updated to identify that entity before it assumes operation of the service.
19. Governing law
To the extent a choice of law is legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
