1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use MyConquests. Never create, upload, request or share sexual content involving a minor or a person you reasonably believe may be a minor.
2. Respect privacy and consent
Use only information and images that you are entitled to possess and use. Do not share another person's intimate, sexual, confidential or highly private information without the permission or other lawful basis required by applicable law.
Use nicknames and minimal identifying information where possible. A private memory does not need to become an identifiable profile of another person.
3. Photos and intimate content
Do not upload or share non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not use MyConquests to circulate nude, pornographic or sexually explicit images through social or Story features. Never use an image to threaten, blackmail, embarrass or expose another person.
4. No harassment or targeting
Do not use MyConquests to stalk, threaten, blackmail, coerce, bully, dox, shame or organise harassment of another person. Do not post information designed to enable someone to be located, contacted or targeted against their wishes.
5. Do not turn real people into targets
Personal ratings and notes are intended as private tools for your own memories. Shared features must not be used to publicly rank, mock, demean or humiliate identifiable real people. Do not create content whose primary purpose is to invite others to judge or attack a specific person.
6. No hate, threats or exploitation
We do not permit credible threats, incitement to violence, hateful or discriminatory abuse, exploitation, trafficking, sexual coercion, fraud or content that facilitates serious harm.
7. Intellectual property
Do not upload material that you know you do not have permission to use. Respect copyright, image rights, confidentiality and other legal rights.
8. Reporting
If a Story, user or interaction violates these Guidelines, use the in-app report option. You may also contact support@myconquests.com. Reports should be made in good faith and contain enough information for us to understand the concern.
9. Blocking
You may block another user using the in-app safety tools. Blocking is intended to stop future direct social interaction and access between the two accounts where technically applicable.
10. Moderation and consequences
Credible reports may be reviewed and can result in content restriction, removal of social access, blocking, account suspension or termination. Repeated or severe abuse may result in immediate action. Where required by law or necessary to address serious unlawful conduct, relevant information may be preserved or disclosed to competent authorities.
